Lansdown Park Academy, Principal Paul Todd had the pleasure of welcoming Chief Constable Sarah Crew from Avon and Somerset Police for an insightful tour of Lansdown Park Academy.
This visit marks a significant step in the Academy’s efforts to forge stronger ties with the local police force, aiming to foster regular interventions that will positively impact the students.
During the tour, Chief Constable Sarah Crew had the opportunity to observe the Academy’s environment, meet with staff, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the pupils. The Academy believes that such collaborations are vital for creating a supportive and informed community.
Principal Paul Todd emphasised the importance of this initiative, stating, “Breaking down barriers and raising awareness of key issues is fundamental to the way we work with pupils here.
