Students at a Bristol academy had the pleasure of hosting a visit by some star players from a Premiership rugby team.
Lansdown Park Academy hosted Kyle Sinckler, Jake Woolmore, Noah Heward and AJ MacGinty from Bristol Bears Rugby Club. Players engaged and talked to students sharing their experiences and insights into the world of professional rugby. In addition to the discussions, the players participated in various activities with students and had a tour of the academy.
This visit marks the beginning of what Lansdown Park Academy hopes will be a long-term partnership with Bristol Bears. The academy aims to establish an ongoing relationship that will see more frequent visits from players and representatives.
A spokesperson said: “We are thrilled to have the Bristol Bears visit our academy. Their involvement provides our students with unique opportunities to learn from role models with a sporting background.”
