Mainstream school referral to Lansdown Park. Observation and consultation, followed by 12 weeks of bespoke intervention, on a weekly basis in mainstream school. Staff support and training to put successful ongoing strategies in place for the student.
Mainstream school referral for students at risk of PEX. Places are allocated via local authority panel.
2 term placement at LPA, 1 month post placement reintegration support back into referring school.
Places 12-weeked by the Local Authority. New school place sought for post placement via in-year applications or fair access panel. LPA support to transition into new school.
Places allocated by the Local Authority for students permanently excluded. Places allocated via school referrals for students at risk of exclusion. 12-week placement with reintegration support back to mainstream.
Places allocated by the Local Authority for students permanently excluded. Places allocated via school referrals for students at risk of exclusion. 12-week initial placement, with extension to placement in some cases where an EHCP is being sought. Student’s next steps may be specialist.
Mainstream school referral for Outreach via Bristol local authority panels. Observation and consultation, followed by 6 or 12 weeks of bespoke intervention, on a weekly basis in their mainstream school. Meetings and reports support the school to adjust provision to meet students’ needs.
Places allocated by the Local Authority for students permanently excluded. A bespoke package is put in place, in collaboration with the local authority to meet the student’s needs. This may include offsite provision.
